I took my phone in for a cracked screen. I paid $90 and they fixed it but by the time I got home I noticed a small crack in the corner. By morning it had spread and I took it back in to show them and figured since it had been less than 24hrs they would honor it and replace. What they told me was that "it was perfect when they gave it to me, so it's not their problem that it broke again." I told them I had done nothing to crack it and I believed the screen was defective and I would like it replaced since they offer a warranty, however their warranty doesn't cover the phone screen being defective unless they notice it before you walk away!!! Really!!! The kid working there was very unprofessional and not willing to work with me and now I am out $90 and still have a cracked phone screen. Never again!!!!!

My cellphone needed the screen replaced. I had another of the same phone that was broken but the screen was fine. Donna switched out the screens in a very timely manner and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend!
I been up there 3 times since October because my screen keeps going in and out with greens stripes on it. They keep tell me to talk to Donna but how my schedule is I don’t come on them days they are not good with honoring their warranties when THEIR SCREEN DEFECTED! I request a refund because I’m not getting no where and they deny it.
