Staff was helpful and the wait was too long for a simple fix. The staff was trying to take care of more than one person at a time. Be prepared to bring a snack for your wait
Aliyah was amazing at the store .I came in to activate a phone….she went up and beyond!!!!She help me activate my phone and the we added 2 more lines to the plan for a great price!!!! I feel like they needed help..they were pack and not enough stall.Aliyah seemed like she was positively helping all her customers so I’m happy I got her, but aliyah was GREAT!!!! Aliyahs a sweetheart and super genuine…I’ll be back ,keep the good ones!!!
Employee didn't mention all the extra fees that included in the start up process of new phone plans and internet. He stated a certain amount of money we would be charged and no extra fees but come to find out 300$ more than what he said... communication and the Employees knowledge to answer our questions was subpar.. disappointed
