A Boost employee name Jesus Beas was in the store when I was having difficulty understanding how to use my phone and he stepped up and showed me. I thank God for this employee. Iam 69 years of age but now Iam 16 years old Boost smart. ????

Love the crew working there. Was so helpful while i was in the store for5 1/2hours arguing with sprint for not releasing my 5 phone numbers so I could transfer to boost. Randall was the manager that day.he was very professional during the whole time. 10minutes before closing we were involved in a armed robbery. Sprint was still on phone didn't call police even with the yelling in background. It was terrifying luckly Randall. Was threaten and i was thrown in the back room. By Gods grace we survived. This store and all the other clerks i talked to afterwards have been terrific. I'm stillfighting with sprint for notclosing out 2 of my phone numbers. Never deal with sprint again but BOOST IS THE BEST AND I LOVE HOW PROFESSIONAL THEY ARE AND CARING. THANK YOU!!
