Jordan B. Was wonderful. He was so down to earth and helpful. We came in to switch from another carrier and it turned into a big ordeal on our previous carriers part and Jordan was so understanding and calm through the entire process and made sure we didn't walk out until everything was good and squared away. He even ended up having to stay an hour after closing and was super reassuring that it was OK. Thank you for the awesome customer service Jordan. We sincerely appreciate it! :)
ARACELI NEEDS A RAISE!! Last weekend, my fiance walked into the store for a new phone and by the end of our visit, we both had upgrades! She was very informative friendly and detail orientated. She didnt give off the normal phone store vibes...she went above and beyond..we even shared other electronic recommendations. She was even kind enough to assist us after we left the store as we were still a little unfamiliar with the phones. If there was a image for excellent customer service.....it would definitely be a picture of her! I wish we could pick her any time we have phone issues/upgrades, but I know this young lady is going to go far! Thank you so much again, Araceli! To whoever is her boss, please read this to her at the beginning of her shift. She deserves the acknowledgment :)
The owner of this place is one of the best people I know so humble and caring in fact, I wouldn’t have switched if it wasn’t for him! I came in today to upgrade and the customer service was amazing! I young gentleman was very attentive and very patient with me for I was having a very rough time making a purchase. To be specific his name was Jordan B. and I highly recommend you go to him for when it comes time for an upgrade. Than you to Ibrahim and Jordan B for the help!
