Customer service was excellent, but I'm very disappointed with the lack of promotions for long time customers. I think it's appalling that T-Mobile have a lack of respect for loyal customers.
I went in to pay my bill and the cashier says she couldn't find the account. I went to my car to pull up a t mobile statement to take back in to show her. The other young lady takes a look at my screen shot and pull it up right away. I asked why didn't it show when she pulled it up? She responds with the nastiest attitude; I don't have a reason to lie to you; and then says I will be glad when school is over for me. I never said she lied. I don't care about when school is over. I do care about how you talk to me when I'm spending my money in a place you're employed. T mobile needs to address that issue. I sat on the phone for hours to file a complaint. Oh and I will find the manager if I have to go back every day.
