Worst service ever. I ask this guy if they had a pair of shoes in my daughter's size. He acted like he was going to be helpful. He blew us off and just left us there waiting.
Staff was very helpful, one of the few places they will give you both of the shoes to try on LOL.
Me in my mom came to JD in Merrillville Indiana on 6/17/2021 in my mom picked out the shoe that she wanted my mom told the worker that she needed the shoe in a 9 1/2 we waited for 30 minutes and nobody came back with her shoe. So we ask someone else for the same shoe. We had to wait an extra 20 minutes and they still didn’t not bring the shoes so we left the store. We came back on 6/19/2021 she picked out the same shoe and told him that she need a 9 1/2. They went to the back and got the shoe and gave it to her to try on. She told them that she can fit them and that she wanted them. We had to stand in line for 10 minutes before we got to the register. When we get to the register she tells down what shoes she had. They tell her that I did not have a 9 1/2. We was like how because she just tried on a 9 1/2 so where is her shoe. They told us that that was nothing that they can do but order her shoes. I will never go back there.
Wish I could give this place 0 stars!! Worse customer service ever!! The cashier named Tierah made me feel as if she was doing me a favor by ringing my purchase and on top of that she put her hand on the pin pad so I didn’t see the rating question and rated herself a 10 without even letting me read what the question was!!! Definitely taking my business elsewhere!!!
