Great food. Good grain bowls and salads when they make them correctly. Also they do customize your food unlike Jimmy's John's. You ask for extra greens and tomato you get it, sometimes. Jimmy John's counts their veggies for each sandwich. That is sad and cheap. Panera also sometimes forgets to give you your salad dressing.
The kinds of people ordering here are menaces, if they paid any attention they'd realize the employees still showing up are working themselves to the core for the fact that they're working with less than half the people they need to keep up with the disproportionate business (while still being abused by it around the hour) while the company probably doesn't even train them to handle it, the "now hiring" sign you've seen at this business and every other for the past year might be a clue. Fine business and people if you have an ounce of human compassion, learn to cook if you don't.
Inside closed .. only drive through open..... love the french onion soup.. only they didn't put the cheese in it ☹ 1 job to do and yet they couldn't do that - Service was so slow ????.. I'll definitely go elsewhere next time! Will not be back
They were out of a few things, but didn't tell us when ordering. My salad was missing two items, so I went up and asked if they could give me those items (thinking they just forgot, it was busy) and was told that they were out of those items....you should definitely let people know, especially when the salad is like 4 ingredients and 2 are missing!
