We sat in drive thru for over 15 minutes. At 9:53pm an employee comes out and tells us and everyone else in line that the restaurant is closed even though the hours online state they close at ten. We arrived around 9:35pm. I understand completely employee shortages are at an all time high, but common courtesy is to inform customers at the speaker while they are at the speaker for a long time and there are employees inside the store, to communicate that they are closed so as not to waste the customers time. This particular restaurant, especially in the evening is well known for very very slow service and unhappy employees. Again I am not mad at the employees due to shortages and being burned out, but they need to communicate better and let people know that they are closed etc. I give one star as they cost me time that I could have used to do deliveries.
I just spent 25 minutes waiting to order and get my food. No big deal, I was very much aware that the dining room was closed and was pretty certain they were short staffed. I arrived at the window, the young lady apologized for the delay, she explained they were short staffed. I told her all was good and that if anyone gave her a hard time, feel free to sock em' and tell them I said so. And despite the wait, the food was fresh and hot! Thank you very much!!!
Customer service is horrible. Probably one of the worst taco bell stores in this town. Not only do they mess up every order but when trying to get the order fix they get mad at you like its your fault and make you wait ANOTHER 35 MINS. Not only that but their doors say dine is open but keep the doors locked so in order for you to try to get something fixed you have to go back around and wait in line again. I understand people have bad days and get busy because I've worked for taco bell before so I understand how it gets but there's no reason this store should be like this. I've never had one good experience with this store. Definitely need corporates number.
Do not patronize this location. Disgusting floors, tables, and bathrooms. The employees are so unprofessional it's almost comedic. The apparent "manager" is, from the jump, hostile for no reason. All you have to do is read the other reviews here and see that it's not an isolated experience. If the dining room and bathrooms, which are public spaces, are filthy.. imagine what goes on that you can't see.
