I stopped at this location today after two years of not coming here (you can see my review below from two years ago). The two employees at the drive-through were nice so the service was good this time. However, I was asked to pull forward and there was nobody else in line. Two years ago someone responded to my review about this saying it would be handled but they’re still doing it two years later. Also they just brought my order and it’s wrong. There is no sauce for the two orders of nuggets that I ordered. I’ll see you again in two years. Two years ago Quite frankly I’ve only been to this location a few times but every time I do the service is terrible. The few times I’ve been there the employees are always unfriendly and the service is slow. BTW- you’re not fooling anyone when you ask us to pull forward at the drive-through even though there’s nobody else in line because your service is so slow that you want to get me off the clock.
Food was good but service was not good. Young lady rang up the order to save me some money which I appreciated but I had requested a large drink to go with that part of the order and did not get. Told her what sauce I need with Chicken nuggets. Did not get that. I ordered a baked potato with sour cream. No sour cream. Had to make 3 trips to get what should have taken 1 trip. Staff not very friendly. I won't be visiting this establishment again.
Friendly, professional staff. They made our chicken sandwich and salad to order, fresh, hot food. Impressive for fast food these days. Thank you!
We waited so long at the drive thru we pulled out of line and left.on one moved the 30 min we waited. One car at the window I don't know what the issue was, but there had to be a better way of dealing with it. Likes asking them to park and come in the store, or something. But the food is always good hot fresh and quick! We just love the frostiest!
