Dr.Sims is a great dentist. His leadership style reflects in his staff. In the past, the ladies have always been personable and professional. Service is always fast without a long wait. I would recommend them for young children. My children has always had a great experience and the office provides a kid friendly environment. Until recently, I have had to change due to lack of communication. As the business grows I do wish them well.
Very Customer friendly. Everyone in the office makes customer service look super easy,while making an often grueling procedure for yours truly a pleasant experience. Staff is super nice like they were born to smile! I love the positivity I feel when I get in the chair. Dentist is super positive and good at handling this delicate line of work. I have no complaints about Family Dental Care. If you read comments like me and you hate dental procedures this is definitely a top choice for me to recommend. They will thoroughly explain the procedure to you after they have examined the problem you are experiencing. All you have to do is accept or reject. They will let you know if your insurance will pay before they start ,but be sure to inquire first.
This is by far the greatest dentist of all time. I’ve never shared the experience of meeting someone so humble and straight forward. The entire staff from the moment you walk in we’re tremendously beautiful people. Very clean facility and every is super caring and nice. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. I hope I don’t ever have to change dentists.
Dr Sims is the best. He has excellent chair side manners and the staff are very friendly and organized. The staff at Dr. Sim's office are very nice and knowledgeable. They treat you like family and are very organized. Well I attribute that to the Leader (Dr. Sim) in front of a great staff is a wonderful LEADER! Hats OFF to Dr. Sim.
Dr. Sims is a caring and expert caregiver. He is professional and kind. He has helped my family for over 15 years. Now he has expanded and many more families can experience his incredible level of care. My kids who were his patients as children, are still there as adults. Thanks Doc.
