I have been a patient here for the almost 10 years. I have had such a great experience each time. My hygienist, Cheryl is always so kind and always shows interest in me. She treats me like a family member or friend. I have also seen Stephanie and Krystal, when Cheryl isn't available and they are just as great. I have always had a great experience with the front desk helping me with treatment costs and changes to my insurance. They always go above and beyond to ensure I am getting the most accurate information for my treatment. Dr. Kmak is amazing and always so kind and helpful in making sure that I understand any treatment that he diagnosis. He truly wants the best for my oral care and I can tell that when I am getting treatment done by him. I have recommended many friends and family members to the office, and they too, have had a great experience with them. Choose this dental practice as your new dental home. They treat you like family and you will never want to go anywhere else. Trust me.
Dr. Kirk and April were great I highly recommend seeing them for any gum/periodontal issues. Great staff/ explained everything to me along with insurance coverage. We tried alternatives before deciding on a surgery. Easy scheduling and no waiting. I appreciated their candor and follow ups to make sure I was taken care of.
Absolutely amazing staff they have!! I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months with Cheryl and everyone has only ever been nice and patient with me. After my first cleaning I needed a filling and the girls at the front desk were able to get me in the very next day. All in all was an amazing experience with them and would definitely recommend!!
What a great office! I have been coming to this officefor the past 5 years and everyone is always so friendly. Every department in the office always treats everyone fairly. I have already told many family members who have had the same exact experience!! Get the word out and go to this dental office!
I'm not sure what happened to this place. I have been going there for 8 years. They were always very professional, had a very nice staff, a great and personable hygienist, and honored appointment times. They treated you like a patient. My most recent visit was the exact opposite. I don't know if it's because I no longer have dental insurance, or a change in their front desk staff, but I am now a customer. I was told 5 separate times what the cost would be before coming in. I made a 8AM appointment with them to fix a cracked cap. I was very clear when making the appointment that I needed to open a business at 9AM. They said no problem. We'll do the preliminary check to assess the problem. Then we'll schedule times to finish up. I left at 8:20 without being seen. I hope they figure it out. They have some good employees. Now off to find another dentist. EDIT: After leaving the office I was contacted by their office manager. She was very apologetic, professional and made me an offer that more than made up for the scheduling mix up. I felt like I had in the past when visiting them and they were able to retain my business. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes. It's how you handle them that separates a good business from a bad one.
